Scope
What the state repository can and cannot answer
FDLE describes its Criminal Justice Information Services operation as the central repository for Florida criminal history. That makes it the state-level starting point when the question is about Florida criminal-history information, rather than a single county docket.
Do not convert a state repository result into a complete biography. A criminal-history record, a court case file, a driving record, and an employment consumer report are separate record products with different custodians and rules.

Current fees belong to the specific FDLE product
FDLE Instant Search costs $24 plus a mandatory $1 card-processing fee ($25 per search); its immediate results can be printed or emailed but are uncertified. The staff Certified/Non-Certified Search costs $24 per search, payable by debit/credit card, and mails results that can be notarized. FDLE lists 5 business days for non-certified processing or 6–7 for certified processing, excluding mail delivery time. Personal Review is a different service and FDLE states that it does not charge for that personal-review process. Do not carry one fee across to a different product.
